The feather filling plant allows to separate the feathers and prepare them for the filling phase. The machine has a number 1 filling machine “TRF200” with a manual weighting system. It has a model “ALIM130/P” feeder and an electric fan feeder “TRF200/P”

The accumulated feathers in bags of 20-25 kilos are sucked up by a fan in order to send them into a storage silo. The separation of the feathers occurs thanks to a motorized agitator tree with a regular flux into the silo. After the sucking phase the feathers fall into a feeder where a motorized agitator tree send the feathers to the outlet. The filling phase begins when the operator puts a cover to the outlet.

The accumulated feathers in bags of 20-25 kilos are sucked up by a fan in order to send them into a storage silo. When both storage silos are full of feathers the suction flux of product will be automatically blocked. Pressing a button the silo will be opened and the feathers will fall into the feeder in which a conveyor belt will send the feathers towards an agitator shaft. The last one has the function to send the feathers towards the outlets so the operator can fill cushions putting a cover to the outlet.
