Polyester fiber filling plant

These are used in plants that produce pillows. It is able to cover all phases from separating, unravelling to filling polyester material. This type of plant is able to work various types of polyester materials on the market. We build single machine and also complete line production.

OMEGA 1200 filling plant is indicated for the opening process of the polyester fibres and for the filling of the sofas, cushions, backs and arms. The plant has n° 2 feeder electric fans. Both of them have a manual weight system. The plant is composed by:

The bale opener is a machine properly indicated for the first stage of the opening process of the polyester fibres. The feeding is regulated by an electric board and a photoelectric cell. The process occurs automatically.

This machine is properly used to open any weight, shape and type of fibre. The alimentator is formed by to belts, one of these has a fix speed while the other has a variable speed. The belts carry the fibre towards a tip belt regulated by an inverter. This machine has a combing belt in order to have a stable dosage of the fibre.

FIBRE OPENER MODEL “135/O”

The fibre opener model “135/O” is a suitable machine for the pre-opening process of polyester fibres. This machine can produce 240 Kg./h depending on the fibre. The fine opener cylinder in covered by a hard trimming and has a metal detector.

The fibre opener is a suitable machine for the continuous opening of the synthetic fibre coming out the bale opener. It is composed by two different motorizations: the first one has a drum and it works through a trapezoidal belt transmission; the second one has a synchronized motorization of the alimentator and it works through cylindrical cog-wheels. The opening of the fibre occurs thanks to the regular combing of the staves mounted on the rolling drum and to the working rollers. Production model:

The filling plant model "GAMMA150"is indicated for the opening process of the polyester fibres and for filling the sofa, cushions, backs and arms, and it has a manual weight system. The plant is composed by:

FIBRE FEEDER “ALIM250/SA”

The fibre feeder model “ALIM250/SA” maintains the fibres in moving and prepares them for the filling phase. The fan draws up the opened fibres by the fibre opener sends them into the feeder in order to keep it in moving. The feeder “250/SA” has n° 4 outlets used to fill cushions.

FILLING MACHINE “TRF200”

The filling machine “TRF200” permits to fill the cushions with the fibres that come from the feeder. A pneumatic pedal allows to open the exhaust – valves of the feeder and draws up the fibres in order to send them to the filling outlets. Disactivating the pedal interrupts the filling phase so that the operator can check the weight of the cushion manually.
